From mid to late March through early April, the azaleas in this lovely old Texas town can be spectacular.
Mile after mile of azaleas, dogwood trees and spring flowers that you have to see to believe.
The trail courses through eight miles of residential gardens and historical home sites, many on our famous brick streets.
Follow the signs as you drive along several trails through the town, enjoying residential landscapes glowing with beautiful pink, red, lavender, purple and white azaleas.
Visitors can also photograph or view the gardens from the sidewalks and some residents may even invite you to stop and walk through their gardens.
Many activities and shows for all ages are scheduled to coincide with the Azalea Trail.
