Well you already learned a good bit about me, Claudia, so now for the rest of the group. I asked Rick to come on board in a more visible role about 3 years ago. He had been extremely involved as the creative genius of my original web site and was enjoying being behind the scenes, but his great ideas were getting results and I needed help! Clients love Rick and his “to the point” opinions and advice when house hunting and making decisions. He has a real gift for helping clients figure out just what they want then helping them find it.

Alicia Greenwood joined Tyler Homes Group a year and a half ago as our Buyer’s Agent. Alicia had been involved in customer service and management for a national Italian restaurant franchise (okay, it was Olive Garden) for a number of years and landed in Tyler. She has taken that training and experience and brought it to our real estate practice. She is very well informed about the market and is tireless when working with our clients.
Sue Horchem came on board with the Group in January 2008 after renewing her real estate license. She originally was licensed in the late 1980’s and got to experience the first major real estate market mess with the 18+% interest rates and then worked for Fannie Mae for a number of years. Sue is our Transaction Coordinator and does the bulk of the administrative job in getting us from contract to close.
I think one of the greatest attributes of the Tyler Homes Group is our sense of humor. Besides the usual infusion of professionalism, knowledge and problem solving skills; our offices are also filled with laughter because we all really enjoy what we do and the people we work with!
