Claudia Carroll has over 14 years of experience in real estate including over 12 years of brokerage. She has run her own independent brokerage but is now proudly affiliated with Keller Williams Realty which shares her life philosophy of “First God, then Family, then Business.” Claudia’s passion for real estate is characterized by her uncompromising ethics, her respect and affection for the people who are part of her professional affiliated sphere, and her devotion and dedication to her clients for whom she works. Claudia’s passion for real estate is only surpassed by her love for her husband, Rick, and their only child, Aaron, who graduated magna cum laude from Texas Christian University and is now working in Dallas. Rick Carroll has been married to Claudia since 1979. Coupled with Claudia’s eternal optimism, Rick’s pragmatic viewpoints and ideas have had a major impact on the success of their business. After Claudia’s frustration with her first web site back in 1996, he then designed her second, and all sites since, and has been instrumental in keeping the Tyler Homes Group on the leading edge of real estate technology. Rick got his sales license in the spring of 2006 when Claudia needed him to help her work with buyers. Though he thinks he is better staying behind the scenes, Rick’s spot on observations, opinions, and sense of humor have clients loving him!

Alicia Greenwood joined the group in 2007 as a Buyer’s Agent. Claudia had noticed her as having the most natural talent for real estate as any agent who had walked through the doors of the Tyler Market Center of Keller Williams since it opened. Alicia has over 5 years of real estate experience and is devoted to our customers and clients. Her first comments when returning to the office after showing buyers is “They are so nice!” or “They are so much fun!” She knows the Tyler area market and pays attention to our client’s needs and wants – constantly fine tuning search criteria for our clients. Alicia holds a Bachelors degree from Texas Tech and had a number of years of management in several restaurants including the Olive Garden chain. Alicia’s knowledge in real estate is almost matched by her knowledge in fine wines which has become a fun and sometimes profitable pastime for her. Sue Horchem is the newest associate to join Tyler Homes Group. She has been a friend and past client of Claudia’s and got back into real estate at the beginning of 2008 when Claudia begged her to come to work with her. Sue is often the first person you talk to when you call our office. Sue was an agent back in the 1980’s and the years of high interest rates. She then worked for several years with Fannie Mae, the secondary investor behind most FHA financing for homes. Sue’s varied real estate experience, friendliness, and sense of humor make her the perfect person for managing the office and getting the contracts through the escrow process as our Closing Coordinator. Sue has been married to Ken for over 28 years and the mother of their only child (Kimberly) who might be more spoiled than Claudia’s only child!
